Items not correctly prepared will be left at your curb.
Buy Recycled Products
Materials recycled through the Northern Tier Solid Waste Authority are sold to manufacturers who make new products from them. Aluminum cans are 100% recyclable into more cans. Glass bottles are generally made into more bottles or jars. Tin or steel cans are sent to steel mills where they are processed into many steel products like cans, bridges, or even more cans. #1 plastic bottles are made into new carpeting, clothing or more bottles. These are only a few of the examples of products that consumers should buy after they have been recycled.
