Parking Authority
The Wellsboro Parking Authority is a 5 member Authority that was put in place to procure financing for the Pearl Street Parking lot. The Borough of Wellsboro is responsible for maintenance and lighting of the lot. The Parking Authority meets on an as-needed basis in the Council meeting room of the John E. Dugan Fire Station Municipal Building.
