Municipal Authority
The Wellsboro Municipal Authority is a five member Authority that owns and plans for capital improvements and expansion of the Wellsboro Water and Sewer Systems. The Authority leases both systems to the Borough of Wellsboro, which is responsible for maintenance and operation of each system.
The Wellsboro Municipal Authority meets on the third Tuesday of the month at 4:00 p.m. in the Council meeting room of the John E. Dugan Fire Station Municipal Building.
